Having partnered with WMC Group through the previous decade, we knew from the start that the Central Kitchen would provide just what we needed to serve our regular guests. We worked closely with the team at the WMC Central Kitchen to ensure our dim sum followed the same recipes and met the same standards we have followed for years.
Staff Meal
I manage a small office environment which requires a meal to be served for all employees each day of the workweek. WMC Central Kitchen offers a great variety of lunch choices, so I can alternate menus daily, and meals are delivered ready-to-eat at an appropriate temperature whether a hot soup or a chilled salad.
Bride
The WMC Central Kitchen really contributed to making our wedding truly memorable. We got to pick our own cake design, which was a beautiful white cake with floral details and multiple tiers, from a selection of gorgeous styles. It was almost too beautiful to eat, but it ended up being so delicious, I wish I could eat it every day!
